Create strategic and tactical operational plans to surpass business goals, customer satisfaction and retention;
Leverage customer programs to coach and improve on execution opportunities;
Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with service, safety and control standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must have 12 years of proven experience in Operations, preferably in F&B industry.
Must be experienced at building and leading high-performing teams focused on delivering results.
Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar software.
