Job Description

POSITION : OPERATIONS MANAGER – SPA SERVICES
An Operations Manager – Spa Services have strong leadership skills, a customer service orientation, and a passion for wellness and beauty. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality service standards, and enhancing the guest experience.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet service goals.
2. Team Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of spa professionals (therapists, estheticians, etc.).
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
3. Guest Experience
• Ensure exceptional service is provided to all guests and promptly address concerns.
• Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous service improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Financial Management
• Assist in developing and managing the spa budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and strategize to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
5. Marketing and Promotion
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and events that attract new clientele.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance service relevance.
6. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas and common spaces.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in spa management or a related role.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English, both oral and written to meet business needs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for wellness and beauty.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and current trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software/system relevant to the spa industry
