  • Handles Team Manager/s and Senior Colleagues within CS department
  • Carrying out middle management responsibilities in accordance with the company policies
  • Handle the career growth and development of his/her team by driving focus on the leadership principles and in accordance to the values and vitals of the company
  • Interviews, train and motivates colleagues, plans and assigns work rewards and reviews colleagues and manages conflict resolution; and
  • Effectively partners and builds productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leaderships, and other departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With at least 15+ years of experience and expertise in call center or BPO customer service
  • Has a 5+ years of hands on experience in Manager or supervisory Role
  • With at least 4 years of experience in handling support role and training specialist; and
  • Preferably has a degree in Architectural Design and Technology, or Information Technology.

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000
