Mandarin Speaking Head of Operations
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. Provide the strategic framework for Operations;
• Liaise with Chinese clients;
• Design and implement efficient processes and standards policies;
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention;
• Ensure compliance with local and international clients;
• Oversee the implementation of company policies throughout the organization;
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders;
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
