• Assist the Director in building relationships, marketing Solaire to potential high limit VIP patrons, and traveling to various markets to meet new potential high-end VIP players.
• Ensure maximum level of guest service to encourage guest return and loyalty.
• Develop and implement department goals to align with Solaire’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Communicate, interact, and respond to special request of patrons to include but not limited to answer questions, extend invitations, and resolve any related disputes in a calm, prompt, courteous and professional manner.
