• Bachelor's degree or above, 5-7 years of experience in user growth, product marketing, or consulting, experience in cross-border e-commerce/content e-commerce or logistics-related operations is preferred;
• Have high data logic and sensitivity, be proficient in Excel and data analytic tools. Able to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into high impact actions. SQL, R, Python, SAS proficiency is a plus.
• Have specific practical cases of combining data and user insights to formulate growth strategies or products, have good sensitivity to user purchase decision-making paths, and have a basic understanding of platform operating costs;
• Have experience in stakeholder management, able to handle complex cross-functional, cross-disciplinary communication and projects.
• English can be used as a working language; extra points will be given if you have overseas living or operational experience.
