OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B and hospitality businesses in Clark, Pampanga. This role requires a hands-on leader to conduct daily site visits, ensure operational efficiency, and provide weekly reports on each business’s performance.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in multi-unit F&B or hospitality operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to proactively solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities 

• Daily Site Rounds: Visit all establishments to monitor operations, staff performance, and compliance with SOPs. 
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day business functions across restaurants and hospitality ventures. 
• Financial & Inventory Monitoring: Review reports, spot discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. 
• Staff & Vendor Management: Work closely with managers, kitchen teams, and suppliers to maintain high standards. 
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all businesses adhere to quality, service, and regulatory requirements. 
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues before they escalate. 
• Reporting: Provide a weekly summary report covering key insights, challenges, and recommendations.
