Qualifications & Skills
• 7-10+ years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-unit retail operations
• Strong background in restaurant management, hotel operations, or similar industries
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on and proactive—this is a field-based role, not just an office position
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple business units efficiently
• Based in or near Clark, Pampanga for daily on-site visits
