Job Description
  • Assist the COO in supervising the daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Develop a deep understanding of all branch functionalities and the services offered.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures aimed at enhancing branch efficiency. Coordinate with Branch Operations and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of these policies.
  • Act as a key liaison between the head office and the branch, working closely with the Assistant Branch Operations Manager, together with the Branch Supervisors/OICs/Managers to implement new policies, procedures, safety standards, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the head office, Assistant Branch Operations Manager, and the COO to identify and resolve technical, internal, and operational issues within the branch. Address operational concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare regular branch performance reports for management, tracking key metrics and highlighting areas for improvement. Monitor the performance of new initiatives, providing insightful analysis of their success and impact.
  • Track branch financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to efforts to optimize resource utilization.
  • Assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager with the preparation of various reports and documentation as needed for presentation to the COO and/or CEO.
  • Address customer complaints and branch employee concerns, striving to find solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Foster a positive branch environment that prioritizes excellent customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Graduate of 4 years course.
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use
  • Willing to do work onsite daily from Monday to Saturday.
  • Willing to travel and work on field.
