POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN OPERATIONS EXPERT

*Coordinate and manage daily operational activities between local and Mandarin-speaking teams, clients, or vendors.
*Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment.
*Monitor supply chain, logistics, procurement, or service delivery operations (depending on industry).
*Translate documents, meetings, and operational communications from *Mandarin to English and vice versa.
Assist in onboarding and training *Mandarin-speaking partners or team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
*Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
*Comfortable working with teams across different time zones.
