POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN CHANNEL OPERATIONS EXPERT

*Translate and interpret communications between Mandarin and English as required.
*Support training and onboarding of Mandarin-speaking agents.
*Analyze customer feedback to improve operational workflows.
*Liaise between regional Mandarin-speaking teams (e.g., China, Taiwan) and Philippine operations.
*Escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
*Prepare regular reports on Mandarin channel performance.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Analytical and detail-oriented.
*Ability to work independently and under pressure.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Willingness to work flexible hours or shifting schedules (depending on business needs)
