1. Encode sales transactions data into Sales Summary Report templates (Excel-based)
2. Post sales transactions data and payments into internal Accounts Receivable Monitoring System (Excel template)
3. Prepares other reports required by the Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager
4. Submit accurate and timely sales and marketing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
5. Maintain customer sales and marketing records properly, inter-office and department communications
Compile all sales and marketing reports pertaining to the activities of the Department
Keep current file copies of customer credit line authorities at branch office level
6. Receive Weighing Sheets (WS) submitted by Live Operations checkers
7. Issue Trust Receipt (TR) for live customers based on submitted Weighing Sheets (WS)
8. Submit Trust Receipts (TR) to Sales Specialists for collection of payments
9. Accept bookings from identified key accounts in behalf of the Sales Specialists
10. Receive office payments from customers and remit the same to the Cashier together with the Daily Cash & Check Collection Report (DCCCR)
11. Pre-evaluate walk-in customers and endorses the same to Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager
12. Facilitate in the processing of reimbursements and liquidations of branch sales team members' expenses
13. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors
