Job Description

The Office Secretary maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including:

  1. Organizing of files.
  2. Answering phones.
  3. Assist the president in monitoring branch data gathering.
  4. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the president.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Proven Experience as an administrative assistant or Office assistant.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office and Office management soft ware
  3. Strong Organizational and Multi Tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and Interpersonal abilities
