Job Description

"The Office Clerk provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Duties include filing, answering phones, handling mail, and performing data entry."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Enter data into computer systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
