Handling the system department of Native Camp, one of the largest online English language schools in Japan, FORTY DEGREES CELSIUS INC., is engaged in the business of Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services such as web development, web translation, handling, and managing of computer data, processing, storage, systems design and analysis, creative services, programming, data communication, and consultancy for foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Cleaning:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, including desks, tables, glass doors, chairs, and other furniture.
- Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors to remove dirt and debris.
- Emptying and cleaning waste bins and recycling containers.
2. Restroom Maintenance:
- Cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures, sinks, and countertops.
- Replenishing restroom supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies in restrooms.
3. Kitchen and Pantry Care:
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen appliances, countertops, and sinks.
- Monitoring and restocking kitchen supplies, including coffee, tea, and snacks.
4. Floor Care:
- Performing routine floor maintenance such as cleaning.
- Notifying management of any floor repairs or maintenance needs.
5. Window and Glass Cleaning:
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
6. Reporting and Communication:
- Notifying management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicating with other staff members to coordinate cleaning activities.
7. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
- Following proper safety procedures and using cleaning agents in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
8. Time Management:
- Managing time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
