Provide the Nursing Unit with administrative and technical support in giving quality patient care by assisting the nurses and other medical staff in performing nursing and clinical procedures as necessary.

- Graduate of 2 year Care Giver/Midwifery course or at least 2-3 year BSN course with at least six (6) months exposure to hospital work.
- Must be physically fit
- Has good moral character
- Must have pleasing personality
- Must have high tolerance to stress and willing to work in shifts
