DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Transports patients from rooms.  

2. Assists on transferring and positioning of patients.

3. Assists and help in the general activities of the units.

4. Responsible for the general cleanliness of the section assigned and carries errands. 

5. Relieves the duty of the orderly. 

6. Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior. 

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A graduate of Nursing Aide or any Health Care course or its equivalent.

2. Has undergone on the job training in handling sick people.

3. Possesses a broad knowledge of the nursing principles and techniques.

4. Has good interpersonal relationships.

5. Flexible, can work with interruptions and shift of priorities of work as required.
