Job Description

1. Plans and supervises nursing related activities.
2. Prepares monthly Nursing and Health program reports.
3. Assists in the development of plans, policies, procedures and standards related to the delivery of nursing services.
4. Monitors and evaluates performance of nurses and other nursing personnel in the unit.
5. Identifies training needs of nursing staff and personnel in the unit.
6. Prepares work schedule of the nursing personnel in the unit.
7. Supervises and participates in the performance of the clinical work and other nursing care function.
8. Coordinates with other departments relative to patient care.
9. Plans and implements patient safety programs in the unit.
10. Ensures adequate medical supplies and functional equipment in the unit.
11. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

SALARY GRADE: 17 – Php 43,030

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Nurse)
OFFICE: Personnel shall be detailed at Nursing Service
