Job Description

1. Assesses, plans, manages, and monitors all patient care such as history taking, giving medications and treatment, reporting unusual symptoms and performs various nursing procedures.
2. Acts as senior/charge nurse and assists in the management of the ward team including delegation of work on a day-to-day basis as well as teaching and overseeing the performances of the supervised personnel and trainees in providing patient care.
3. Assists in the monitoring of inventory and maintenance of supplies, equipment and facilities in the unit of assignment.
4. Assists and performs administrative duties such as preparation of required nursing reports and work schedule of the unit.
5. Conducts/Participates in the research studies of the unit.
6. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

SALARY GRADE: 16 – Php 39,672

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Nurse)
OFFICE: Personnel shall be detailed at Nursing Service
