Position Title: Network Maintenance Technical Director
Job Description:
Responsible for carrier network maintenance and dealing with carrier network issue, include core network, data com, and transmission. Handles network outage and restore the service. Responsible in prevention work to reduce network risk, such as health check, patch loading. Solve VIP end user complaining and improve customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Has at least 3 years relevant work experience for the position.
• Preferably with bachelor’s degree
• With mobile network or fix network roll-out or maintenance experience.
• Familiar with carrier network maintenance procedure, know related SOP.
• Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients.
