Job Description

Position Title:  Network Construction – MIN Senior Advisor

1. Updating and refining the organizational structure of the network construction team, reallocating personnel and other resources as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.

2. Understanding and breaking down the various indicators issued by the headquarters for network construction department, assigning them to regional specialized teams for execution, and supervising and adjusting the execution process. Summarizing and evaluating upon completion.

3. Keeping a close eye on the work of vendors, providing project implementation conditions for them, facilitating communication and coordination between different vendors, facilitating communication and coordination between the vendors and network construction team, network maintenance team, and marketing team.

4. Supervising and educating colleagues in the network construction team on practicing integrity and adhering strictly to professional norms, to prevent occurrences of misconduct or corruption.

5. Encouraging colleagues in the network construction team to participate in learning and further education in work skills and management knowledge, and providing conditions for career promotion.

6. Identifying risks promptly, discovering difficulties, and utilizing existing resources to solve them. If unable to resolve, promptly reporting to headquarters for resolution.

7. Timely responding to requests from various departments at headquarters for cooperation.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proficient in network planning, principles, and technical specifications of transmission equipment, possessing relevant professional certifications.
  • Proficient in the planning, principles, and technical specifications of OSP (Outside Plant) projects.
  • Proficient in FTTx (Fiber to the x) project management and theoretical knowledge, familiar with technical specifications, and has undergone internal training by the company in this area.
  • Skilled in the use of various communication industry instruments, familiar with testing methods and standards.
  • Proficient in principles, technical specifications, and possesses relevant professional certifications in data network.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication engineering or any related field 
  • Proficient in the networking planning, principles, and technical specifications of transmission equipment, possessing relevant professional certifications
  • Proficient in the planning, principles, and technical specifications of OSP (Outside Plant) projects
  • Proficient in FTTx (Fiber to the x) project management and theoretical knowledge, familiar with technical specifications, and has undergone internal training by the company in this area
  • Skilled in the use of various communication industry instruments, familiar with testing methods and standards
  • Proficient in the principles, technical specifications, and possesses relevant professional certifications in data network.
  • Proficient in project management of various specialties in the communication industry
  • Proficient in utilizing organizational, managerial, and technical methods to control projects in terms of safety, duration, quality, and cost
  • Familiar with project safety regulations and relevant laws and regulations, holding relevant professional certifications.
  • Proficient in tendering and bidding work.
  • Proficient in supplier management.
  • Fluent in multiple languages, both written and spoken
