NETWORK OPERATION CENTER ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA)
- In charge of monitoring critical network elements and engaging in proactive network systems monitoring and provide 24/7 proactive operational monitoring and support to client's network and devices
- Provide support for clients remotely on issues behind the scenes that our clients are often not even aware of
- Address any Alerts in timely manner
- Monitor all of the tickets and incidents that come into the Service Board, and escalate them based on importance and priority to make sure that the most critical tasks get completed sooner rather than later
- Maintain the Client's network environment; utilize all provided utilities, tools and applications; ensure a high level of service availability
- Responds to network alarms; take appropriate action to classify, prioritize and resolve network and system issues
- Responds to escalations and resolves issues that arise from hardware and software failures on client's network
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures strict confidentiality of clients, patients, and financial records to comply with PHI, ePHI and HIPAA
- Review, acceptance, and understanding of workplace culture statement
- Responsible to comply with organization's policies and procedures, adhere to Code of Conduct
- Ensures to complete the required compliance training modules and report any observations of non-compliance
- Other duties that may be assigned

QUALIFICATION
At least 1 year work experience in IT
