The Infrastructure and Operations Department within our IT group is in charge of providing project and delivery management support, providing and maintaining network infrastructure, providing and maintaining tools to support service management processes, managing the on-premise and public cloud infrastructure of the bank and providing workstation and end-user devise support.
As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the availability of wide area network infrastructure in branches and corporate office buildings. You will also be responsible for problem isolation, diagnosis, and restoration of network-related issues to a achieve the team's performance goals and attain SLS with business users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Attend to tickets, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network-related problems within the SLS.
- Escalate network-related concerns to service providers, vendors, and other support units.
- Configure network devices and perform maintenance tasks in a timely manner and complying with ITAIO quality, service level standards and policies.
- Design, propose, implement and document corporate offices and branch wide area network infrastructure.
- Maintain & update inventory of installed network devices and supported devices and hardware.
- Monitor utilization of critical network devices and prepare reports for capacity planning.
- Prepare documentation and propose solutions to recurring problems.
- Manage problems during and beyond regular office hours.
- Participates in technical research and discussion to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
