JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with motorcycles and electric bikes. Conducts thorough
inspections, educates customers on maintenance, and ensures timely repairs. Supports branch operations to meet
targets, maintains inventory, and upholds company standards
.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. TECHNICAL OPERATIONS:
● Identify and troubleshoot issues on motorcycle/electric bike units.
● Execute timely repairs and tune-ups endorsed by the Cashier.
● Maintain charged batteries for electric bikes.
● Safeguard mechanical tools and equipment.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
● Provide efficient services to customers.
● Educate customers on safety and maintenance.
● Support sales inquiries and uphold company values.
3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
● Conduct Walk Around Checklist (W.A.C) on new and pre-owned units.
● Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections before unit release.
● Rehabilitate repossessed units and branch service vehicles.
● Assist in sales events and display maintenance.
● Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of units.
4. SALES SUPPORT:
● Assist in sales events and display maintenance.
● Support sales inquiries and uphold company values.
● Direct customers to appropriate personnel.
5. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
● Achieve monthly service income quotas.
● Assess warranty claims and recommend part replacements.
● Uphold company values and 5S standards.
● Perform assigned tasks by management.
