  • Assist in the preparation of metal surfaces for plating, ensuring cleanliness and proper treatment.
  • Learn to operate and maintain plating equipment under supervision, following all safety protocols.
  • Participate in the plating process, applying various coatings and finishes to metal parts according to specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on plated items, identifying defects and reporting issues to senior team members.
  • Document plating processes and results, maintaining accurate records of production activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize plating techniques and improve overall efficiency.


Qualifications/Requirements

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of metalworking and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with safety practices related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
  • A passion for learning and developing skills in metal plating and finishing
