To provide an excellent customer service and timely pick-up of mails, documents etc. from the clients and forwarding to its destination.
Daily check-up of service vehicle to be used before depart from the office or branch.
Give accurate and true information to the client as to the proper charging of freight and other fees, lead time and be knowledgeable on the standard operating procedure pertaining to acceptance and shipping out of mails and cargoes.
Correctly report and remit the daily pick-up sales to Accounting and Cashier.
For pick-up man to duty as Counter clerk in case the assigned frontline is on leave.
Taking responsibility for high value or confidential items
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
