MESSENGER

As a Motorized Messenger, plays a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries of the mails, documents etc. to designated areas.

• Collecting packages and parcels from the head office or branch and delivering these to specific addresses stipulated in the dispatch officer’s delivery instructions.
• Prevent damage or loss of the packages during transit.
• Deal with confidential and valuable documents or packages that need to be delivered safely and sometimes urgently.
• Records information such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages.
• Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
• Checking and verify the address of receiver before the delivery.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering parcels/goods.
• Obtaining signed receipts and confirmation of each delivery.
• Taking responsibility for high value or confidential items
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
