I. JOB SUMMARY/PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for overseeing and keeping Organic Options Inc. products inside his/her assigned store.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives Delivery, stores and withdraws stocks from storage area
2. Quality and quantity monitoring of delivered items
3. Packs and Repacks Products
4. Displays and refills products
5. Maintains facing/space provided and agreed with accounts per store (ensures enough products are displayed to maximize space allocation).
6. Stickers and brands products (including gumtagging)
7. Installs POP materials and maintains accountability for such materials
8. Recovers and trims products
9. Evaluates stocks, manages, including disposal/return of Bad Orders (BO) to warehouse
10. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of products and designated space in the stores, especially our display materials such as (but not limited to) barrels, crates, wooden boxes, chiller space, tuck bins, mekalong, modules, etc.
11. Accountability (including inventory) of merchandising materials, crates, knife, gum tags, shrink wrap, plastics, etc.
12. Merchandisers report to Coordinators all items inside the store and write to manual inventory including items that are provided by OOI.
13. Evaluates availability of stocks, and reports immediately and with urgency fast moving and slow moving products
14. Manual and display Inventories are expected to contain complete and accurate data
15. Recommend improvements and activities/programs to increase sales.
16. Promotes and explains product benefits and usages to consumers
17. Observes consumers and competitors, and reports to Coordinator any discoveries that can help improve visibility and sales.
18. Studies materials provided on products and retains the knowledge to communicate to consumers
19. Builds relationship with key store personnel
20. Prepares assigned reports
21. Communicates concerns of the outlet, consumers, and reports out of the ordinary events to coordinators
22. Communicates Sales Orders of the outlet to Coordinator
23. Prepares and Oversees in-store promotions of OOI
24. Competitive Survey
