Merchandise P&G products in assigned account based on Procter & Gamble standards, display stocks on shelves, and prepare merchandising tools, records and reports.
Specific Job Description
- Ensures the accuracy of stocks delivered to outlet.
- Implements 5s strictly in accounts and updates immediate head / Major Accounts Manager of current situation in accounts including competitors’ prices and promos.
- Conducts effective, efficient and accurate inventory of stocks in the outlet as evidence by right stock weights both in outlet’s warehouse and selling area.
- Ensures strict implementation of policy, systems and procedures on bad orders and stock returns as evidenced by non-occurrence of illegitimate B.O’s and returns
- Ensures that Procter and Gamble brands are properly displayed based on RPS and well-advertised inside and outside the outlets through effective use of merchandising materials i.e. posters, talkers, implementation of initiatives and good trade relations with the store owners & personnel.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of areas and gondolas and ensures that Procter and Gamble products are arranged properly.
- Ensures that P&G brands are properly and competitively priced in all outlets where they are in distribution and promptly informs Major Accounts Manager and or ROIC of any discrepancy in terms of pricing.
