1. MCS will accept online applications from
June 17, 2025 to June 27, 2025 only.
2. Interested and qualified applicants must register online at the MCS Applicants’ Registry using the link :https://bit.ly/MCSMedTech1
3. Only applicants with COMPLETE requirements will be considered during the initial pooling.
4. Walk-in applicants will not be entertained in observance to the new normal.
5.Applicants must scan all requirements and upload one (1) PDF file attachment in the MCS Applicants Registry the following:
a.) Application letter stating the position applied for addressed to:

b.) Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture, duly notarized (All information in the PDS should be provided accurately and should bear the signature of the applicant at the bottom of every page)
c.) Recent Performance rating in the present position for one (1) rating period (for those currently connected in the gov’t. service)
d.) Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma, authenticated by the school;
e.) Photocopy of Certificate of PRC Board Rating and updated PRC License, authenticated by PRC;
f.) Photocopy of certificate/s of Training /Seminars/ Lectures attended, if any;
g.) Photocopy of certificate/s of relevant experience (with Job Description), if any;
6.Qualified applicants will be notified by the HRMO personnel thru FB Page.
7.Only shortlisted applicants upon notification of the HRMO will present the hard copy of the above mentioned documents.
