Health Stat Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, Co. is seeking a highly-skilled and detail-oriented Registered Medical Technologist. As a RMT, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent service to patients.
The candidate will perform a broad spectrum of diagnostic tests in the fields of Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Microscopy, Parasitology, Serology, and Immunology, following established laboratory protocols. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all test results. Additionally, the candidate must ensure strict adherence to the standards and guidelines set by the Department of Health (DOH), maintaining a high level of compliance and professional integrity.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of tertiary laboratory tests and procedures in Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Microscopy, Parasitology, Serology, and Immunology according to established laboratory protocols.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing, analysis, and reporting of patient samples and test results, maintaining high standards of precision.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, promptly troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to care.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and fellow laboratory staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination for optimal patient care.
Uphold strict adherence to in-house and governmental safety protocols, guidelines, and quality control standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Stay current with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in medical technology and laboratory sciences to continually enhance the quality of care and laboratory efficiency.
Compensation & benefits
Salary: Above Minimum Pay + Daily Allowance / COLA
Overtime Pay: Work beyond regular working hours shall be compensated

Period of employment: The initial employment period will be for a one-year contract. Renewal of the contract will be subject to a performance evaluation conducted at the end of the contract period.
