Job Description

  • Provides treatment, management, and care of cases of patients assigned to the department where he/she is a consultant.
  • Supervises and trains physicians undergoing specialty training.
  • Provide consultation and guidance services on difficult, complicated, and unusual cases.
  • Responds to emergency calls, in special cases, participates in scientific and professional activities in the hospital.
  • Develops medical programs and procedures for the hospital sunch as the Department's Manual of Procedures.
  • Conducts performance review and appraisal of residents/medical officers and other staff.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned


Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Doctor of Medicine with a certificate as Fellow of the relevant specialty society and/or Diploma of the relevant specialty board

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible experience as Medical Specialist II or other related experience

2. Properly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) printed back to back in long bond paper, downloadable at www.csc.gov.ph attached w/ latest passport size photo with white background
3. Authenticated PRC ID Card
4. Authenticated PRC Board Rating
5. Certified true copy Certificate as Fellow/Diplomate
6. Photocopy of 1 IPCR grading period with VS rating (4.00-4.99) January to June 2023
7. Certificate of latest relevant trainings as indicated in the PDS

 The above mentioned documents shall be printed in 2 sets upon instruction of Ms. Gladys. Also, incomplete / incorrect documents will not be endorsed for evaluation
