The Certified Medical Coder role assists and provides suggestive improvements and opportunities under the Inpatient Coding, Outpatient, Home Health, and Risk Adjustment coding program.

Qualifications/Requirements

What we look for:

Inpatient Coder
  • Must be Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any Medical Allied courses
  • With at least one (1) year of recent Inpatient medical coding experience in BPO/CPO set-up
  • With an active Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
  • with Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be amenable for a day shift or any shift schedule
  • Must be amenable to work onsite (Taguig/Pamapanga/Cebu)
  • Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup (for selected accounts)
Home Health Coder
  • Must be Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Nursing with active PRC license
  • With at least one (1) year of recent Home Health medical coding experience in BPO/CPO set-up
  • With an active Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Home Care Coding Specialist - Diagnosis certification (HCS-D)
  • with Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any shift schedule
  • Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup
Outpatient Coder
  • Must be Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Nursing with active PRC license
  • With at least one (1) year of recent Outpatient medical coding experience in BPO/CPO set-up
  • With an active with Certified Outpatient Coder, Certified Professional Coder, (COC/CPC) with and without SDS experience
  • with Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any shift schedule
  • Must be amenable to work onsite (Taguig/Pampanga/Cebu)
  • Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup (for selected accounts)
Risk Adjustment Coder
  • Must be Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Nursing with active PRC license
  • With at least one (1) year of recent Risk Adjustment medical coding experience in BPO/CPO set-up
  • For Risk Adjustment Coders: with Certified Risk Adjustment Coder, Certified Professional Coder, (CRC/CPC)
  • with Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any shift schedule
  • Must be amenable to work onsite (Taguig/Pampanga/Cebu)
  • Must be amenable for a temporary work from home setup (for selected accounts)
