Responsible for ensuring that all medical records requested by patients, relatives or representatives of patients, doctors and other concerned parties are promptly processed and released in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. Also task to do other medical record procedures as far as necessary or when required by the HIMD Head such as: filing retrieval of medical records, encoding and chart completion.

- Must be college graduate.
- At least 6 months experience in medical records work.
- 1 year experience in clerical work.
