Job Description

 The Medical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling medical supplies,
 consumables, devices, and equipment to healthcare professionals and facilities within
 assigned territories. This role requires building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics,
 and healthcare providers to ensure the successful distribution and adoption of the company's
 products. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales skills, knowledge of medical
 equipment, and apassion for the healthcare industry.

 KeyResponsibilities:
 ● PromoteandSell: Medical consumables, devices, and equipmenttohospitals, clinics,
 healthcare facilities, and professionals within assigned territories.
 ● Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s products,
 including their technical speci cations, applications, and bene ts, to provide clear
 information to healthcare professionals.
 ● Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key
 decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, procurement o cers, and medical sta .
 ● Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations,
 educating healthcare professionals about the usage, safety, and bene ts of the medical
 supplies and equipment.
 ● Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical
 devices, consumables, and equipment in your territory.
 ● Market Analysis: Gather insights from the eld regarding customer needs, market
 trends, and competitor activities, and report these to management for strategic
 planning.
 ● Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking performance, client
 feedback, and market conditions to management onaregular basis.
 ● Promotions & Events: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events,
 trade shows, and training sessions to increase product visibility.
 ● Collaborative E orts: Work closely with internal teams like customer service and
 logistics to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, medical technology, or a related eld is
 preferred.
 ● At least 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, particularly in medical devices,
 consumables, or equipment.
 ● Strongknowledgeofmedicalsupplies,equipment, andtheir applications.
 ● Provenabilitytomeetorexceedsalestargets in a healthcare-related industry.
 ● Excellentcommunication,negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 ● Willingnesstotravel extensively across multiple locations.
 ● Validdriver’s license is a plus.

 ● Field-basedposition requiring travel to healthcare facilities in locations such as:
 Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Lower Antipolo, Pasay, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa,
 Makati, Taguig, Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales,
 Batanes, The Cordillera, Baguio, Sagada, Vigan, San Juan (La Union), Banaue, Cebu,
 Zamboanga,andtheBicol Region.
 ● Regular client visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities for product
 demonstrations and sales.
