Ducting Foreman

• Reviews plans and makes forecast on manpower, materials and details of work requirements
• Analyzes construction plan and details
• Prepares requirements for materials
• Prepares manpower utilization and work schedule 
• Conducts meetings on work completion strategy, requirements and safety
• Recommends strategies on how to complete targets ahead of schedule
• Makes the request for tools and fabrication materials
• Monitors safety of all workers. Ensures compliance to all safety rules 
• Monitors productivity and quality of work of all. Ensures that work done are accomplished based on the specifications
• Checks output of workers at end of the day.
• Evaluates performance of leadman and workers
• Reports all unproductive personnel to the Main office
• Disciplines erring workers to ensure compliance to Code on Employee Discipline inside premises and in staff houses 
• Coordinated with clients on technical details of job. Ensures that works are done according to contracted specifications 
• Reports to Main Office any changes on work details as instructed by the clients
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor
