Job Description:
▪ Supervise the entire implementation of CAPEX projects related to special
projects, growth, and expansion of URC SURE.
▪ Liaise with TDD Group Manager, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to
ensure projects are executed according to planned schedule, cost, and scope.
▪ Lead and coordinate project teams, including project leadmen, and external
contractors.
▪ Enforce compliance with engineering standards, OSHA regulations, and
safety protocols on-site.
▪ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
to ensure project objectives are met.
▪ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status,
budget, and performance.
▪ Collaborate with Quality Control Engineers to ensure the quality of materials
and works meets project requirements.
▪ Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in
project management and execution
