  • Lead and oversee the mechanical engineering department.
  • Manage all engineers in the mechanical division and ensure smooth factory operations.
  • Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems.
  • Develop strategies to improve machinery performance and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support production needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for mechanical systems

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Certification in project management or mechanical systems is advantageous.
Years of Expertise:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of engineers and technicians.
Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and optimisation of industrial machinery.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles.
