    • Perform masonry work such as repairing and patching walls, floors, and foundations within the plant.
    • Assist in the demolition and removal of damaged concrete or brickwork during shutdown activities.
    • Mix and apply cement, mortar, and grout for structural repairs and maintenance.
    • Cut, shape, and lay bricks, blocks, or tiles as required in maintenance or renovation tasks.
    • Support installation or modification of equipment foundations or base supports.
    • Ensure structural alignment using levels, measuring tools, and proper layout techniques.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout shutdown operations.
    • Follow safety protocols, especially in confined spaces and high-risk areas.
    • Coordinate with other maintenance teams for smooth workflow and task completion.
    • Complete assigned tasks efficiently within the shutdown schedule.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Preferably with NCII in Masonry
    • Proven experience in masonry or construction work.
    • Skilled in laying bricks, blocks, tiles, and finishing concrete surfaces.
    • Able to read and follow basic construction drawings or instructions.
    • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and long hours of standing or bending.
    • Familiar with mixing mortar, handling masonry tools, and proper surface preparation.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
    • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays during shutdown.
    • Works well in a team and follows directions efficiently.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in plant repair and maintenance

    • Must have the required NC certificates
    • Must have ON-HAND hard hat and Safety shoes
    • With Complete SSS, Pag-ibig, TIN and PhilHealth number.
