Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in uploading and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for better visibility and conversion.
  • Support in monitoring inventory levels and updating stock availability online.
  • Assist in processing online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
  • Help analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to improve e-commerce strategies.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
