The Sales and Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities include design, creates, and oversees a marketing project. This may include a multi-platform marketing campaign, advertising, promotions, and sales. Often, a Sales & Marketing Specialist will specialize in a specific communication channel (email, social, digital, etc.) or product area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Generating leads and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Research on sales leads and potential "Reseller" partners and/or Key Accounts for business collaboration.
- Generate sales through direct selling and social selling in Viber, LinkedIn FB, IG and other digital platforms
- Book Special projects
- Must report problems regarding FSMS to the authorized person or person-in-charge.
- Contributes to the effectiveness of FSMS and compliant to FSMS requirements
- Performs other relevant task assigned by superior.
