The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the leasing process for available properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction for Korean clients. This includes interacting with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with tenants. The successful candidate is also required to conduct research on key business projects that align with the company’s future vision and strategic objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
- College graduate
- Professional-level Korean (written and verbal), able to communicate with Korean clients
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in the leasing business
