(a.) Evaluates and improves logistical processes, supply chain operations, develop cost-effective solutions to optimize procedures, and implement improvement strategies.
(b.) Develops and implements marketing strategies on an international level according to set objectives and budget; and gives direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools;
(c.) Advise on branding, positioning, communications, logistics, and other issues;
(d.) Oversees the implementation of plans, as well as provides guidance and support;
(e.) Provides training to all staff members and evaluates all sales and marketing programs and maintain effective relationships with all customers to establish appropriate product requirements;
(f.) Finds new clients on the international market and supports existing clientelle;
(g.) Prepares all contracts with clients in accordance with the laws and regulations and evaluates all reports submitted by staff members and recommends changes if required; prepares reports for all profitability.
