QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Strong background in Guest Services and/or Premium player fields
2. Demonstrates the ability to manage and maintain larger database of clients
3. Demonstrates high quality of guest relationship management and keen ability to sell
4. Experience in gaming marketing field, and relevant experience in event and promotion field, is an advantage
5. Knowledge in Philippine gaming business is an advantage
6. At least one-year experience in sales or customer service field, preferably in gaming marketing is preferred.
II. Education
Tertiary qualification preferably a Degree holder or above in Business Administration or marketing field is preferred.
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Computer literate
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
3. Multilingual and ability to converse in a third language- Chinese/Japanese/Korean
4. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
