1. FINANCIAL
a. Actively contributes to the attainment of the branch's deposit and profitability
targets by generating growths in deposits, both from new and existing
customers;
b. Conducts cross-selling of the Bank’s corollary products and services, such as
but not limited to commercial and consumer loans, credit cards, etc.
c. Reviews the stand-alone profitability of managed accounts with supplemental
service arrangements, e.g. Cash Management Services, and ensures that the
corresponding compensating deposits are in place, or fees are duly collected;
d. Contributes in the cost saving efforts of the branch;
e. Contributes in the development of specific financial strategies, together with
the BM, and effectively executes his roles to ensure attainment of the
branch’s business targets.
2. CUSTOMER
a. Ensures high retention of existing customers by developing stickiness,
particularly through efficient service and multiple product availments;
b. Perpetually expands the branch’s clientele base by achieving the prescribed
targets in terms of number of new customer acquisitions;
c. Adheres to the Bank’s service standards;
d. Receives customer concerns and feedback, and duly acknowledges,
addresses and/or resolves them within his authority, otherwise escalates
them to the Branch Manager for appropriate action;

e. Relays relevant customer sentiment to the BM, for appropriate input to
management.
3. INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESS
a. Interviews walk-in depositors. Ensures compliance with proper customer
acceptance procedures and documentation, whether on solicited or walk-in
customers;
b. Ensures that all transactions handled are performed consistently within the
Bank’s, as well as regulatory, policies and procedures.
c. Acts as alternate custodian for keys and combinations.
d. Alternately with the BM, conducts surprise count of the Cash in Vault and
Cash In ATM, in accordance with set guidelines and procedures.
e. Monitors and manages the disposition of term placement maturities.
f. Obtains and documents special pricing and other deviation approvals,
whenever necessary.
g. Handles the Bills Purchase, Cash Collateralized Loan, and other special handling transactions of the branch.
h. Adheres to the Bank’s Sales Standards in his conduct of customer acquisition.
