1. Graduate of any business course preferably Marketing, Advertisinor Management major, with Brand Management, Market Research and Digital Analytics background.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in real estate/other related industries and/or handled various marketing functions.Highly proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. With strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner with other PET members, external marketing agencies/firms and other stakeholders.
4. With critical thinking, creative/aesthetic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. With business/financial acumen in relation to market/competition trends, positioning, brand management, and business processes/operations.
6. Keen on details specifically on value proposition creation, marketing initiatives/efforts, research, materials and/other resources.
7. Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.
