1. Marketing Associate for Digital
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for a brand through digital and online means.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees online lead generation for pre-selling real estate projects to ensure quality clients gained through online means.
• Assesses overall online strategic placements for pre-selling real estate projects through direct and contextual digital marketing to preserve brand presence online.
• Produces, implements and monitors online advertisements such as images, videos, rich media and the like to maintain brand image.
• Analyzes online strategy efficiency by comparing empirical data such as revenues, expenses, returns on investment and utility maximization for analyzing successes of campaigns.
• Monitors company and industry status online for branding and crisis PR management to manage brand and corporate image and risks in the online environment.
• Supervises and creates digital marketing peripherals adherent to projects (e.g. apps, websites, social media portals etc.) for promoting real estate projects, corporate image and events.
• Handles and assists brand-specific events and Rockwell community events specifically handled by the Land Marketing team to ensure successful events as a team.
• Distributes, analyzes and records online inquiries to concerned teams.
• Manages websites and online portals owned by the company to preserve brand presence online.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
2. Public Relations (PR) Associate
The PR Associate for Rockwell Land Marketing Team is mainly involved in maintaining the positive public image of the company. He/She is also the face of Rockwell to the press and among its clients, investors and stakeholders, uplifting the Rockwell image in all his/her initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Crafts Communication Plans for each of the Rockwell Land residential brands, aligned with the Company’s goals and targets for the year
• Ensures that the Communication Plan is properly executed through pitching features and other forms of engagement and coordinating with the press
• Builds and maintains relationship with media through lunches, dinners, calls and text messages, gifts, and other means
• Formulates communication of Rockwell residential brands to media through angles for features and other forms of engagement
3. Marketing Associate for Creatives
The Marketing Associate for Rockwell Land Marketing Team possesses a unique blend of creativity and marketing skills, and will be responsible for developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creative Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement creative marketing strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and values, and engage the target audience.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print media.
• Brand Storytelling: Utilize storytelling techniques to create a strong brand narrative across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and innovative.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
• Visual Design: Create and oversee the design of visually appealing marketing materials that align with the brand's aesthetic and message.
