We’re looking for a talented Content Creator Manager to lead and grow our content team. You’ll oversee the creation of engaging content across platforms, manage creators, and ensure all content aligns with our brand and drives results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging content across web, social media, video, blog, email, and more.
  • Manage a team of internal creators and freelancers—writers, video editors, graphic designers.
  • Create content calendars and strategies that support marketing and brand goals.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.


Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation or content management.
  • Proven track record in developing content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Strong writing, editing, and creative direction skills.
  • Experience with content tools like WordPress, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • A portfolio that shows creativity and strategic thinking.
