Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Lead new product launches and manage product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, marketing strategy, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding, innovation, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
