Job Description

Category Manager

  • Capable of developing creative and implementing strategic marketing plan for a category comprising of several brand portfolio mix. 
  • Conceptualize short-term product development strategy of the category based on identified category opportunities. 
  • Effectively manage overall product development and timely launch of projects. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year degree from a reputable university; Should have attended extensive trainings on brand development.
  • With at least five (5) solid years of experience in Marketing and at least six (6) years' experience in Sales both under a Supervisory Capacity for a Japanese Retail and FMCG company.
  • Fluent in English & Japanese and can present business reports in the vernacular; Must be highly familiar with Japanese culture and can effectively communicate with Japanese companies and executives.
