Position: Biotech Marketing Manager
(1 Vacancy)
Job Description:
1. Design and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Ambica’s Biopharma and Biosimilar products, including lifesaving Plasma Proteins and Oncology treatments for cancer patients.
2. Plan and execute marketing activities with in-depth product knowledge, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective implementation in the field.
3. Meet with physicians and retail pharmacies to understand market dynamics and gather actionable feedback.
4. Lead the strategy and execution of new product launches in the Biopharma/Biosimilar category.
5. To build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective, sustainable, and successful business management.

Qualifications/Requirements

1) Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2) Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on biopharma and biosimilar products.
3) Product Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of life-saving products and oncology treatments.
• Expertise in biopharma/biosimilar products and their application.
4) Regional Market Understanding: Knowledge of healthcare markets across the Asia Pacific region, not only in the Philippines.
5) Skills:
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and execute marketing strategies.
